HAMPTON – Motorists are advised that HRSD crews will be installing sanitary sewer pipeline on Settlers Landing Road between William R. Harvey Way and the I-64 East off-ramp as part of the Phoebus Area Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. This work will require a closure of one inside travel lane (eastbound) and the left turn lane (westbound) on Settlers Landing Road, as well as the left turn lane of the I-64 East off-ramp to Settlers Landing Road as indicated on the map below.

--Concrete Pile Operations--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking the construction of the Boat Harbor Pump Station project. The installation concrete piles will be ongoing intermittently during the project. This type of work only takes place during the hours of 7 am to 5 pm (Monday-Saturday) in compliance with the project’s work hours.
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility is planning a project in your neighborhood to construct a pump station and an offline storage tank that will be used in high flow events. HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue work to install a sanitary sewer pipeline along Wythe Creek Road. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking a project to replace valves and associated piping, near the intersection of Commander Shepard Boulevard and Bellgrade Drive (please refer to the map on the back of this notice). This effort will provide HRSD flexibility to make changes to the systems operation during maintenance or emergencies. The work will take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday – Friday.
